Key Account Manager

Key Account Manager role responsible for achieving territory set objectives in sales through planning and targeting customers. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of customers and processes, and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Achieve territory set objectives in line with company targets
• Deliver key product and service messages to target customer base
• Call on target audience at required call rate and frequency
• Adhere to administrative procedures and submit reports in a timely manner
• Complete business plans to ensure successful management of territory
• Recognize and access new local customer groups and individuals
• Demonstrate effective cross-functional working with internal departments
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
