As a Key Account Manager for Pierre Fabre in Singapore, you will be responsible for increasing turnover, margins, and awareness for Pierre Fabre Dermo Cosmetics brands, while building long-term partnerships and trade relations with major accounts.

- Build long-term partnerships and trade relations with major accounts
- Propose and set up sell-out actions plan
- Develop and maintain excellent business relationships with customers
- Optimize visibility for our brands and key pillars products
- Communicate and transmit brand values and implement commercial strategy
- Apply and monitor the implementation of point-of-sale contractual agreements
- Negotiate agreements that include compensations
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs
- Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs
- Build an ambitious action plan to boost our brands and products
- Negotiate the best visibility and space for displaying our brands and new products
- Apply and monitor the implementation of the agreements in the points of sale
- Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure campaigns' flawless execution
- Ensure the quality of execution of the Trade Marketing Plan
- Analyze customer and market indicators
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
- Proactively lead a joint company strategic account planning process
- Identifying short and long term growth opportunities
- Forecasting and tracking key account metrics
- Maintaining tight budget control over expenditure
- Communicate and transmit brand values to clients
- Master the technical knowledge related to the products
- Carry out regular flash product trainings and sales techniques
- Internal Communication
- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel
- Closely liaising with the marketing team
- Monitoring the effectiveness of any activity with feedback from retailers and trade
- Be the key contact of Operational Department
