Join Pigment, the AI Platform Redefining Business Planning, as a Business Development Manager. Lead a team of BDRs to generate qualified opportunities and pipeline for the French market. Establish leadership, drive change adoption, and partner with Sales leadership to design prospecting plays.
Requirements
- 1+ year’s experience directly managing a team (BDR/SDR) in a fast-growing environment.
- Former quota-exceeding BDR; additional experience as an AE / full sales cycle is a plus.
- Strong people leadership: motivate the team, coach reps, manage performance, and handle difficult conversations.
- Highly metrics-driven: keep the team on track vs. daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly targets.
- Strong change-management skills: able to drive adoption in an environment with frequent changes and shifting priorities.
- Coachable leader: fast at implementing feedback and iterating on approach.
- Comfortable using Salesforce and common sales tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong) to drive productivity.
- Fluent in French and English.
