Job Description
Join Pigment, an AI-powered business planning and performance management platform, as a Compensation and Benefits Manager to upgrade and execute the C&B strategy and manage the entire C&B strategy and execution. Report directly to the Head of People and participate in global projects and high-growth company culture.
Requirements
- Significant experience in Compensation & Benefits (8 years at least)
- In-depth knowledge of C&B practices, notably of the North American market
- Ability to communicate complicated concepts in a simple manner
- Fun and enthusiastic, excited about being a core member of a rockstar team
