Requirements
- Manage and maintain relationships with high-volume, Mid-Market accounts
- Drive customer renewals and expansion
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer adoption and satisfaction
- Partner with the product team to gather customer feedback and contribute to the product roadmap
- Create customer-facing messaging and content
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
