Job Description
The position is for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who provides daily nursing care and services to assigned residents, following their individual assessment and care plan. This involves assisting with hygiene, daily living skills, and potentially practical needs. The role requires observation and report of resident conditions to the Nurse Supervisor.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate or enrollment in a Temporary Nursing Assistant Program
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Knowledge and skills to provide resident-age care appropriate to the needs of the residents
- Ability to work independently, make decisions, and handle residents with tact and patience
- Willingness to handle personnel, residents, family members, and visitors
