High school diploma required. Experience with medications administration is preferred. Accuracy in documenting and verifying medications is vital

Complete recordkeeping, encourage physician review, transcribe orders, and chart accurately. Verify resident identity, medication administration, and drug disposal

Must have a current Physical Therapy Assistant license. Strong communication and interpersonal skills required. Adaptable to a flexible schedule, preferred

Must be dependable, punctual, and able to lift 40+lbs. Observational skills and cleaning/shining knowledge preferred

Must prepare and serve food, clean kitchen, and supervise kitchen staff. Must be able to lift 40+lbs, move quickly, and observe safety

Current OT license. Strong communication & teamwork skills. Experience in various clinical settings (nursing homes, hospitals etc.) preferred. Proficiency in electronic health record documentation

Current OT license req. Strong interpersonal & communication skills. Experience with patients across lifespans. Ability to work independently or with a team
