Job Description
The Dietary Aide is responsible for assisting and caring for seniors in a positive and respectful manner. The role involves lifting, carrying, and assisting residents with daily living tasks, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding safety standards. The Dietary Aide also assists with food preparation and organization.
Requirements
- Maintain regular, punctual attendance.
- Work hours and shifts as scheduled.
- Be available for weekend coverage and on-call emergency situations on a rotating basis.
- Be dependable.
- Observe and practice proper lifting techniques.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, eating utensils, pots, and pans.
- Clean work area and equipment.
- Physically assist residents and staff.
