Junior Operations Manager (m/w/d)

We are a globally renowned company setting standards in our field, looking for a Junior Operations Manager to strengthen our management level. The successful candidate will take over operational responsibility, act as a key interface between management, team, and key customers, and participate in the design of leasing and financing solutions.

Requirements

• Completed business administration studies or a comparable solid commercial training
• First professional experience in sales, preferably in the automotive sector or in a technically oriented environment
• Practice in dealing with leasing and financing topics (e.g. vehicle or investment leasing) is an advantage
• Well-developed travel readiness as well as joy in direct customer contact and in representing the company externally
• Experience in key account management and in coordinating small teams or project groups
• Verifiable German and English language skills
• Safe handling of the common MS-Office applications; experiences with ERP systems are desirable
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working, combined with high sense of responsibility
• Sovereign, professional appearance, assertiveness, and well-developed organizational skills
• High communication skills, loyalty, and pleasure in actively driving things forward
