Job Description
The Director of Security & IT Operations will establish a world-class security program, protecting customer financial data and ensuring internal systems remain secure and resilient. The role involves setting the vision, defining strategy, and leading execution of security-related tasks, including application security, cybersecurity detection, and corporate IT infrastructure.
Requirements
- 8+ years of security roles experience with 3-5 years leading security programs or teams
- Technical depth and hands-on mentality with ability to build and advocate for a company-wide security strategy
- Effective communicator with ability to explain complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Team builder with experience mentoring and coaching security talent
