We're hiring Physician Assistants (Full-Time) to provide comprehensive onsite primary care to seniors in assisted living and senior living communities in the East Bay area.

Requirements

• PA certification
• Passion for geriatric medicine
• Ability to work in a startup environment
• Comfortable providing onsite care across multiple senior communities
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging patients, families, care teams, and community partners
• Ability to leverage digital tools including EMR systems, remote monitoring, and care coordination platforms
