Relief Shelter Counselor, Men's Inn

The Relief Shelter Counselor provides direct care to guests at the Men's Inn, responding to their needs in a timely and professional manner. They assist guests in connecting with resources and developing a housing pathway, and must stay energized and focused in ambiguous and strenuous situations.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Human Services field
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to stretch, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Ability to respond quickly to emergencies
