Job Description
Pinewood.AI is seeking an experienced automotive professional to join their Training and Implementation Team as a Training and Implementation Consultant (Aftersales Specialist). The role involves implementing the Pinewood.AI platform in new and existing dealerships, leading implementation projects, and providing training and consultancy to aftersales teams.
Requirements
- Strong background in the automotive industry, with experience in aftersales roles such as service, parts, or warranty management.
- Hands-on experience in dealership processes, with familiarity in service scheduling, parts ordering and inventory, warranty claims, and aftersales reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident in delivering training and building customer relationships.
- Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Logical and methodical approach to problem solving, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
- A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and willingness to travel.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
