Training and Implementation Consultant (Sales)

Pinewood.AI is seeking a Training and Implementation Consultant to join their team. The consultant will be responsible for implementing and training dealership users on the Vehicle modules of their platform. The ideal candidate will have strong sales, vehicle administration, and operations knowledge, as well as excellent communication skills and the confidence to deliver implementation and training that makes a tangible difference to how dealerships run.

Requirements

• Proven experience of vehicle administration, including stock creation, costing, invoicing, registration, and bonus posting.
• An understanding of working in dealership sales, with strong understanding of lead management, CRM tools, opportunity workflows, and closing processes.
• Hands on experience with a Dealer Management System (DMS), ideally Pinewood.AI.
• Experience in training or coaching others, with confidence delivering sessions and ensuring adoption.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, adaptable to different dealership teams and stakeholder levels.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, able to manage multiple implementations at once.
• Analytical, methodical problem solver with attention to detail and process accuracy.
• Self motivated, collaborative, and willing to travel to dealerships as required.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations and how sales and vehicle administration processes fit into the wider business.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
