Director, Professional Services - Southern EMEA

Ping Identity is looking for a results-driven Director of Professional Services to lead and grow our services delivery business across the Southern EMEA region.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Professional Services delivery within the SaaS or enterprise software industry.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams in a customer-facing services or consulting capacity.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, services scoping, and partner ecosystems.
• Demonstrated success in regional P&L ownership, including utilisation, margin, and bookings management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset and executive presence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; technical background or MBA is a plus.
• Travel up to 25% within the region.
