Job Description
We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join a fantastic all-boys SEMH school. The ideal candidate is sporty, active, or has experience coaching/mentoring young people. They should be calm, patient, and positive, and have experience with SEMH or additional needs is highly desirable.
Requirements
- Provide consistent support in and out of class to students aged 9–13
- Use sport and physical activity as a tool for engagement
- Support pupils with behavioural, emotional, and learning needs
- Work closely with teachers and therapists to implement strategies that meet each child’s needs
