Member Services Representative responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining facility cleanliness, and ensuring member safety and security.

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
• Must be able to Lift, pull, push a minimum of 25lbs
• Upbeat and positive attitude
• Punctuality and reliability are a must
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve
• Basic computer proficiency
• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions
