Member Services Representative Weekends 6AM-2PM

Member Services Representative (MSR) responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring a clean, safe, and inviting environment during shifts. Requires self-reliance, proactive problem-solving, and exceptional customer service skills.

Requirements

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk-related activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and facilitating needed updates to members’ accounts.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the club, including thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment, and gym floor.
