Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Clinical Pharmacist based in Taranaki. You will work within our Extended Care Team in a supportive and collaborative environment, giving you the opportunity to utilise your Pharmacist knowledge, working to eliminate inequities and achieving best possible health-related outcomes.
Requirements
- Hold a current annual practising certificate (APC)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a clinical environment, and 5 years post-grad experience
- Hold a Postgraduate Certificate or Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or Pharmacist Prescribing, or interest in pursuing same
- Previous work in Primary Care preferred
