Job Description
We are seeking a Clinical Advisor with experience in gender affirming care to establish a community-based gender affirming hormone therapy assessment pathway for the Southern Region. The role involves establishing a local network of skilled providers, triage of referrals, and supporting the Southern Community with education and upskilling.
Requirements
- General Practitioner or Nurse Practitioner with experience in gender affirming care
- At least 3 years' experience in the primary health sector
- Understanding of the local health context in Otago/Southland
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team
- High degree of self-motivation and self-responsibility
