Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nurse Lead to join the team full-time at our NorthCare Medical Centres, where delivering whānau-centred care is at the heart of what we do.
Requirements
- Minimum Experience: Manager/Supervisor
- Registered Nurse with a current annual practising certificate
- Proven people leadership experience within a medical or primary care setting
- Understanding of how a general practice operates, including the importance of sustainability and efficient service delivery
- Ability to lead, support and develop others to work at their best
- Independence vaccinator and cervical smear taker (desirable)
- Postgraduate qualification in nursing (or be working towards one)
- Understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi, Te Ao Māori, equity, and cultural competency
- Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills
