Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nurse Lead to join the team at Waihi Beach Medical Centre, where delivering whÄnau-centred care is at the heart of what we do. We are looking for a strong clinical leader who can guide and support our nursing team to work efficiently and confidently.
Requirements
- Significant experience within the Primary Health Care sector
- Previous nursing leadership experience
- Ability to lead, direct and support nurses to work effectively within their scope of practice
- Experience developing, implementing and refining clinical processes
- Independent vaccinator and cervical smear taker
- Postgraduate qualification in nursing (or working towards one)
- Understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi, Te Ao MÄori, equity, and cultural competencies
