Job Description
Certified Recovery Specialist to assist patients in regaining control over their lives and recovery process, serving as a patient advocate and peer support in an outpatient setting.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (General Equivalency Diploma)
- Self-identify as a current or former patient
- Maintain healthy recovery from substance abuse
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to meet written communication requirements
- Completion of state-approved training program and passing score on certification exam
