Patient Care Specialist II role involves direct patient care in a transitional living and ambulatory recovery environment. The role supports patient engagement, safety, and structure, and provides peer-based guidance to PCS I teammates.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar role within a behavioral healthcare or substance use treatment setting
• Valid driver's license in the state of employment
