Requirements

• Ensure the completion of patient databases, treatment plans, progress notes, discharge summaries, and other essential documentations
• Provide patients with orientation regarding program objectives and rules and regulations
• Counsel patients in crisis situations and arrange referrals to other agencies and resources
• Perform treatment plan reviews and submit monthly and quarterly statistical reports
• Complete intakes, facilitate group counseling sessions, and collect and test urine/swab drug screening
