Job Description
Pinnacle Home Care, Florida’s largest independent Medicare-certified home health provider, is seeking Physical Therapists to join their award-winning team. The position involves performing patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Current PT license
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Valid BLS certification
- Minimum one year of PT experience
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable and insured vehicle
