Investment Funds Senior Associate

Pinsent Masons is seeking a private markets investment funds lawyer to join their London team. The role involves advising fund managers and leading investors on the full range of investment funds work, including structuring, fund formation, and investment activity. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of UK and international clients, gain exposure to complex and interesting work, and build meaningful relationships and specialist expertise.

Requirements

• Private markets investment funds lawyer experience
