Legal Biller

We are recruiting a Legal Biller to ensure the prompt rendering of the Firm's bills to clients and that procedures are followed within the Firm whilst ensuring compliance with the VAT and Solicitors Accounts Rules. The role is based in our Birmingham office and involves working on a varied and challenging workload.

Requirements

• Experience of billing within a large complex organisation – ideally on a Practice management system such as Aderant
• Proven ability in a role where a high level of numeracy is required.
• Ability to ensure bills are raised in accordance with client services agreements/ letters of engagements
• Proven ability to prioritise workload within a busy environment and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills to be able to work with other areas of the Finance team or external clients
