As Senior Sales Manager on our CPG Team, you will define, launch and drive strategic outcomes and operationalize the vision for the sales team. We’re looking for a high-performing candidate with experience building advertising/media sales teams, passion for solving ambiguous problems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence cross-functionally and globally.
Requirements
- Strong experience in advertising sales, media, and/or marketing/brand building, with an established network in the German market—preferably within CPG (Beauty, Health, and Household Care).
- Strong people leadership capabilities; proven people manager experience required.
- Deep understanding of how media works, including core KPIs, terminology, and the drivers behind media investment decisions.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and an analytical, data-informed mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence effectively across stakeholders and levels.
