Health Coordinator FT/NOC

We are seeking a Health Coordinator to support Pioneer Human Services' mission by coordinating and monitoring client physical and behavioral health services within residential treatment facilities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• One (1) year of experience working in a caregiving, human services, behavioral health, or social services setting, or experience supporting marginalized or vulnerable populations
• First Aid/CPR certification
• Proficient level of written/verbal communication, and efficiency with independent task management and ability to show attention to detail.
