Health Coordinator (On-call)

Pioneer Human Services is seeking a Health Coordinator (on-call) to support the organization's mission by coordinating and monitoring client physical and behavioral health services within residential treatment facilities. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively support clients with complex medical, behavioral health, and substance use needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• One (1) year of experience working in a caregiving, human services, behavioral health, or social services setting, or experience supporting marginalized or vulnerable populations
• Must apply for Agency Affiliated Counselor registration within 30 days of hire and obtain and maintain active registration within 90 days of hire in accordance with WAC 246-810-015; RCW 18.19.210
• First Aid/CPR certification within 90 days of hire
• Proficient level of written/verbal communication, and efficiency with independent task management and ability to show attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a professional, empathetic, and client-centered approach when working with individuals in recovery
