Job Description
We are looking for a Health Coordinator (On-Call) with a passion for human services to help improve the daily lives of members of the community. The Health Coordinator supports Pioneer Human Services' mission by coordinating and monitoring client physical and behavioral health services within residential treatment facilities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- One (1) year of experience working in a caregiving, human services, behavioral health, or social services setting
- Must apply for Agency Affiliated Counselor registration within 30 days of hire and obtain and maintain active registration within 90 days of hire
