Engineering Manager

Pipedrive is hiring a Tallinn-based Engineering Manager to lead the engineering team responsible for customer-facing insights, reporting, and analytics capabilities. The role involves fostering a culture of AI use, building a high-performing team, and ensuring the tribe's vision aligns with company objectives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role in the tech industry as an Engineering Manager, Team Lead, or in a similar people leadership role
• Ability to lead, develop, and support software engineers through clear expectations, regular feedback, coaching, and performance management
• Strong product mindset, with a focus on understanding customer problems and partnering effectively with product counterparts
• Practical experience in using AI tools and workflows and openness to growing into an AI-native way of working
• Ability to lead by example with a hands-on leadership style, staying close to the team’s technical work and challenges
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align across engineering, product, and design teams
• Experience with hiring and growing engineering talent, including supporting career development and identifying future leaders
