Engineering Manager

NiCE Cognigy is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team of engineers and drive business impact through effective execution, people management, and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Lead, mentor and coach a cross-functional team of software and QA engineers
• Set performance expectations, establish goals, and conduct regular assessments for each team member
• Provide resources and growth opportunities to continuously improve engineers' skills
• Work proactively to remove obstacles blocking engineers from achieving their objectives
• Set up organisational structures and processes that enable fast flow and scalability
• Work closely with the Product Owner and Tech Lead to shape and drive Sprint Goals
• Drive cross-team and cross-role collaborations to ensure seamless feature delivery
• Own HR Management tasks including recruitment, remuneration, career planning and long-term vacation planning
