Job Description
The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for coordinating and leading continuous improvement activities at the Grangemouth site, supporting operational excellence and embedding a CI culture within the business.
Requirements
- Execute Lean Six Sigma projects
- Share best practices across the organization
- Establish and mature Continuous Improvement/Operational Excellence tools
- Support site roadmap development
- Provide technical support for OEE improvement
- Coach employees to establish performance measurement systems and goals
- Identify the training needed to support the ongoing deployment of OE tools
- Encourage a culture of promoting 'Ideas to Excellence'
- Build networks and participate in Continuous Improvement Corporate initiatives
