We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Sales team at PitchBook. The role involves managing a pipeline of high-quality Core segment opportunities, working closely with Business Development Associates, and independently prospecting new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of successful sales and business development experience, a bachelor's degree, and excellent negotiation skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, commonly in economics, finance and related majors or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of successful sales and business development experience, with a technology product strongly preferred
- Experience managing opportunities and workflow using Salesforce or similar CRM
- Possess strong negotiation skills and proven ability to effectively close leads
- Interest in financial markets or services, particularly private equity, and venture capital
