Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in an engineering leadership role, managing distributed teams
- 6+ years of experience building and operating platforms or infrastructure that support developers or data practitioners
- Strong experience enabling AI/ML systems in production, including GenAI and LLM-based systems
- Experience with AI tooling, orchestration, or agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, custom agent systems, workflow engines)
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS and/or GCP), including Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience designing secure, governed access to data, tools, and services
- Experience with Python (Java a plus) and building APIs or platform services
- Strong systems-thinking skills: ability to design platforms that scale across teams and use cases
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both deeply technical and non-technical audiences
