Job Description
As a Staff Software Development Engineer, AI Enablement, you will operate as a technical leader and force multiplier across Product, Engineering, Research, and Business teams. You will define, build, and scale AI-powered productivity capabilities that fundamentally change how PitchBook teams work, ship, and innovate.
Requirements
- Act as a technical force multiplier at the organizational level
- Design AI-powered tools and workflows that unlock step-change productivity gains
- Partner with senior engineers, managers, product leaders, and non-technical stakeholders to align solutions with business priorities
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and translate them into practical, production-ready capabilities
- Champion responsible AI usage, scalability, and long-term maintainability
