Senior Account Manager, PitchBook

PitchBook is looking for a Senior Account Manager to manage core customer relationships and drive sales and retention goals. The role requires a strong ability to build sales strategies, identify growth opportunities, and establish lasting relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have a good attitude, be willing to roll up their sleeves, and have a commitment to continuous learning and growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of sales or account management experience
• Fluency in Japanese and English
• Proven ability to close complex deals
• Prior experience with Catalyst, Salesforce, or similar CRM
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exemplary presentation skills
• Interest in the private equity and venture capital marketplace
• Curious, able, and interested to learn about client needs
• Organized with terrific prioritization skills
• Self-motivated, persistent, and goal-oriented attitude
• Strong negotiation skills, persistence, and resiliency
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
