- Interfacing with outside sales personnel
- Facilitating positive customer relationships
- Establishing relationships and securing contracts with new customers
- Prospecting for potential customers
- Qualifying prospects against company criteria
- Maintaining relevant domain knowledge
- Developing and maintaining territory plans
- Developing and maintaining key account plans
- Providing forecasts by customer types
- Cultivating strong relationships with third-party and partner companies
- Working with Marketing to plan and execute lead generation campaigns
- Providing feedback to Sales Management
- Conducting sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
