Director of Advancement Services

The Director of Advancement Services will provide strategic leadership and oversight for advancement systems, data management, gift administration, reporting, and compliance at Pitzer College.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Direct experience with Raiser's Edge NXT and knowledge of relational databases, data warehousing, multidimensional data modeling and reporting software
• Five years of Advancement Services experience within an institution of higher education
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment
• Ability to work as an effective teacher, trainer, and motivator
