Job Description
Pivotree is seeking a Team Lead, Quality Assurance to drive software quality within their dynamic R&D team. The role requires a visionary leader who can balance the pioneering of testing methodologies for Large Language Models (LLMs) with the disciplined oversight of the entire project lifecycle.
Requirements
- 8+ years in complex web-based software development QA
- Expertise in quality tools such as Sonar, PMD, Checkstyle, and FindBugs
- High proficiency in log files and root-cause investigation
- B.Sc. in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Emotional Intelligence
- Excellent English verbal and written skills
- Agile Mindset
- Strong ability to monitor project progress
