Lead the cybersecurity architecture and development team, designing solutions and co-creating new technological initiatives to strengthen bank security. Analyze security technology market, supervise proof-of-concept tests, and recommend development directions.

Requirements

• Experience in cybersecurity and security solutions architecture
• Experience in a similar position
• Familiarity with on-prem and cloud environments
• Familiarity with security tools (SIEM, XDR, DLP, PAM, DAM)
• Proficiency in network security, cryptography, and AI usage
• Leadership skills to develop a team of specialists
• Fluency in English
• Familiarity with regulations (DORA, NIS2, UKSC)
• Ability to work according to standards (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS)
• Ability to evaluate technologies and recommend solutions
