Job Description
The Operations Trainer is a specialized professional responsible for ensuring all production personnel are qualified, safe, and fully compliant with strict regulatory standards like cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices).
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
- 3-5+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing industry.
- Deep understanding of cGMP, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Food Safety Compliance, & OSHA regulations.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems, Microsoft Office, and technical writing.
- Strong presentation and instructional skills for conducting group and one-on-one training.
