Job Description
The Floor Lead oversees the daily operation of line personnel, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely while maintaining high quality standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year(s) in a leadership position
- Working knowledge of FDA and OSHA regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work unsupervised and make decisions
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with various personalities
- Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
