Job Description
We are seeking a Mentor | Performance Coach to partner with our success and leadership teams to develop and deliver on the needs of our virtual assistants, improving their day-to-day performance, access to training, and overall well-being.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a virtual assistant
- Proven track record of supporting clients for more than 12 months
- Positive letters of recommendation from clients and peers
- Excellent attention to detail
- History of effectively managing and coaching clients
- Enthusiasm for helping and developing others
