Maintenance Technician

Placemakr is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience in a skilled labor or maintenance-related position, with 6 months+ of experience in navigating appliances, basic plumbing, and basic HVAC repairs. The technician will be responsible for upholding building standards, addressing building- and grounds-related concerns, and maintaining a safe, secure, and compliant environment for team members and guests.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a skilled labor or maintenance-related position
• 6 months+ of experience in navigating appliances, basic plumbing, and basic HVAC repairs
• Demonstrated understanding of general maintenance, and safety, procedures and techniques
• Ability to work on-call shifts consistently based on the needs of the business
• Can-do attitude and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
