Job Description
Placemakr is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their on-site Property Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the building and grounds, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring a safe and clean environment for guests and residents.
Requirements
- 1+ year of skilled labor- or maintenance-related experience
- 6 months+ of experience with navigating appliances, basic plumbing, and basic HVAC repairs
- Ability to work on-call shifts consistently based on business needs
