Placer.ai is seeking an Account Director to lead the identification and acquisition of new, high-value, high-impact partnerships across the private and public sectors. The role requires a proactive builder who can define strategy, establish structure, and rapidly convert strategic opportunities into significant growth momentum.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree required
- 8+ years experience working within partnerships/sales
- Proven, hands-on experience in strategic partnerships, channel sales, or business development within a SaaS or technology ecosystem
- Channel Expertise: Strong working knowledge of indirect sales channels and deep familiarity with public sector procurement and reseller mechanisms.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid, and entrepreneurial environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
