Workplace & Events Coordinator

Plain is redefining customer support for the next generation of B2B companies. This role is a Workplace & Events Coordinator that will oversee events, workplace experience, and operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years in office management, event coordination, executive support, or a similar role
• Ability to notice and fix details to elevate an experience
• Strong 'host energy' and care about how people feel in a space
• Ability to operate with autonomy, use good judgment, and bring strong EQ to every interaction
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and shifting between them
